Continuing into the fall of 2021, teaching all classes – but especially labs – will be one of the most trying situations we have experienced as faculty. 

Being prepared to conduct labs remotely, outside of typical laboratory settings, places each Analytical Chemistry educator in a unique situation as dictated by their institution – but, we also face common challenges.

How can this ASDL site help?

The content in this website is developed to help educators move forward quickly within the confines of possible remote teaching or hybrid classroom scenarios. Material here includes –

  • Analytical Chemistry Labs – with documentation and handouts
  • Labs and simulations for General Chemistry and High School
  • Moderated discussion forums for Q&A

Labs, simulations, and discussions are developed by a group of dedicated educators. Content is categorized in three broad areas:
